Just Smile
Oh why do you smile? Better yet how can you smile in a time like this?
Why not Smile?… I’ve lived to see another day. I married my soulmate.Ive got a miniture tiny angel to call my son. All my blessings have caused me to smile.My smile has brought me thru the darkness. My smile has raised me up past the pain. My smile shows that hope and faith lead way for gratitude & victory ;-) My smile shows that no journey is too hard because I believed.
Life…how cruel
Ive told myself over and over that…Tears don’t make us weak, Scars don’t make us ugly. That Tears sole purpose are to cleanse our soul & Scars only prove that we’ve lived. Only I fear my tears may have been too late & my scars to many.
Its like I’ve washed away my soul in its entirety and my scars created someone else …a different version of me.
I use to have faith, Now all I have is doubt. I use to have love, Now all I have is hatred. I use to have joy, Now all I have is sorrow. I use to have you, Now all I have is me….and you know what that makes me?

Dear Santa…
Its been a while santa since ive written a wishlist. But now that I’m older I have deep gut feeling that its time to start asking and knowing what I want. So here goes nothing. 1) I want a Nikon camera…one that I can turn the lense manually to focus. 2) I want to paint the sky…but in order to do that id need paint and a canvas 3) I want to take a baking and cooking class & make a dinner for my family 4) I want to write an article and be published 5) I want to find my calling, find what I was ment to do and get $$PAID$$ for it!

Trans Girl Suspended From High School for Using Bathroom | advocate.com
Two transgender high school students in Fort Collins, Colo., say they have been forbidden to use student restrooms, and one of them, 16-year-old Dionne Malikowski, just got suspended for doing so. Malikowski, a trans girl, and her friend Kurt Peters, also 16 and a trans guy, say they have been told to use the staff bathrooms at Fort Collins High School. But, Malikowski told reporters, “There’s not staff bathrooms all over the school, so when you really got to pee, you got to pee.”
That’s what she says happened about a month ago when she used the women’s restroom, reports W9 News in Colorado. And then she was suspended for three days.
“I cried,” Malikowski said. “I told them that it was really messed up for them to do that to me, and they were like, ‘We’ve warned you before,’ and I was just like, ‘Obviously you don’t understand what it’s like.’”
Bathrooms are the single most common public place where the gender binary is strictly enforced, reports the Transgender Law Center. Since public restrooms are a place where people who are or are perceived to be gender-nonconforming are routinely harassed and often assaulted, the topic of bathroom safety and access is all too common conversation in schools these days. The center has been running a Safe Bathrooms Access Campaign and published the groundbreaking guide called Peeing in Peace.Another organization, Safe2Pee.org, offers a growing online database of public restrooms that transgender individuals can access safely. There are six listed in Fort Collins, but that doesn’t help campus-bound teens like Malikowski.
